Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked for Bell Canada Executives delivering VIP Support and Consulting. I had the privilege to work with many different individuals and diverse characters. It was imperative to listen and I learned fast. I always did my due diligence, paid attention to details, collaborated well and reacted accordingly. I gained a tremendous customer service experience and brought that with me to the Real Estate world to serve my clients better. I strongly believe work ethic with care and clarity is the foundation to build a strong relationship with any human being. As well as providing superb customer service to clients no matter if they are buying, selling or investing. In my humble opinion, a better Realtor socializes respectfully, listens and learns quickly, and is kept informed of the real estate market and then communicates his thoughts to those who are interested to advance and take advantage of opportunities. As a better agent I keep all my deals simple and far from being ambiguous. Simplicity makes clients stress-free and brings happiness. Happy customers repeat themselves and put the referral buzz words out there and that is my satisfaction and success. I enjoy playing tennis, table tennis, squash and love cycling in my spare time. I love sightseeing and travelling with the family when the time permits.
